Beautiful location and amenities! Plenty of services to keep you in absolute comfort. Tim and his wife attended to every need and surpassed all expectations! Highly recommend! We will definitely return!!

Host was very welcoming

My partner discovered Zukaland as we were looking for an experience outside of the city that wasn’t an expensive bougie hotel. Just outside of Bracebridge proper, you are situated in a pine/deciduous forest…perfect for a secluded cabin. This is one of 2 cabins on the property…we never saw the other guests…privacy is well maintained. The Important part of our selection was that we wanted to do a sauna and cold plunge. Zukaland has both…and for those interested in a hot tub bath by the river, that is available too. Internet, bathroom facilities and overall comfort in the cabin were well done. The king size bed was perfect with the oversized duvet to keep us warm at night. Definitely will be coming back soon.

We stayed one night, but it was worth the stop on our journey northward from Toronto. The river is a peaceful place to paddle. The hosts are very accommodating and hospitable, and the cabin is a sweet spot between roughing it and luxury.

The cabin was cozy, the bed was comfortable, the washrooms were very close and convenient. Extremely clean and nicely decorated, and the staff were responsive and did a great job of explaining how to use all the amenities. The other cabins were close by and we saw the other guests regularly so not exactly private, but most of the time it felt like we were alone in the woods (in a good way!). Just an accessibility heads up for anybody with mobility concerns, the hill/stairs down to the river is a steep one.
